How do you deal with the constant worry? Just when I think we're safe, I hear somebody else has been let go. It's relentless.

Lay off useless people in Colombia and India and pull the real talent back into NAM Tech. You can get more work done with less people who are more talented.
2 thirds of the 500 positions were resolved but there is still a third.... It will be painful.
I recommend everyone to have a resume prepared and start considering a plan B. Probably no surprise but phase two of the VLP is inevitable.
If you have 2 hands, 2 legs and overall a healthy body, you can always find something to do and earn your money.
In NAM Tech there are some M4's that need to go for sure, all they do is backstab people and try to get them fired if they are proven wrong.
Hope all the good ones can just stay!

get psychological help and don't let anxiety eat you up. if possible study and improve your skills, and look around for other possibilities as soon as you feel better mentally. good luck (a former Adidas colleague)
