Haven't heard anything about that in a while. The layoffs finally squash it? I was hoping to meet a union member at the water cooler and join. Now that I think of it, I'm not meeting anyone at the water cooler. In fact, I don't even know where the water cooler is, or if we even have one.
Anyway, where'd the union go?
As I always said. Unions are wonderful. They take high union dues from your pay check, and then you still get laid off. So you lose twice!!
The ones who posted here all the time either laid off or they moved on. Why would they advertise for something they will not partake in?
Have any of the “unionized” branches signed a union contract yet?
I keep getting emails as an IT worker who signed the petition. Unfortunately, I'm not able to help organize like they ask. I just don't have the time.
They're still around, like 30 branches are still unionized and Conduct Management's Intake dept is still unionized and negotiating their benefits with company leadership. If you're trying to hear news about them, just google them.
