so those that get $hit canned over hourly report.. remember its captured at 15min intervals.. so hypothetically if you show up exactly on time, plug in your laptop, and some yayhoo comes over to your desk to "collaborate" aka distracts you... you log in at 8:01 because of that, the next capture is 8:15, so lets say on the back end you pull that usb c cable out at 4:59... oops you missed the 5:00 capture. during the day you ate at your desk because your team is spread all across the world so there is no global "free time" so you leave at what you think is 8 hours in the chair.. whalllaaa the hour report shows you only did 7.5... that happens 3-5 days a week. YOU GET FIRED.. Get an employment attorney.. especially if you are exempt.

likely straight out of college from the intern program. People know enough just to toss out lingo that the exec's eat up like Chris Christy at a Golden Corral all you can eat buffet, but have (0) as far as real delivery. Its every damn week the report is late.. ge-z.. make the due date Thursday if its that problematic. I know also the "trouble ticket" for HR.. WAAAYYY behind, folks have had Tickets in for a MONTH without it even being addressed. Kinda waiting for someone to get fired over the flaws and file a MASSIVE lawsuit.

“Why can't they use the CSO Data?”

CSO data is constantly being accessed by outsiders as part of the constant data breaches and is unreliable due to potential manipulation.

Dang it, they never fix it or past historical errors even when we have the CSO DLP Forcepoint report daily which is accurate with missing data on a rare occasion. Why can't they use the CSO Data?

To not have a report that is up to date to the minute is ridiculous and embarrassing. Fifteen minute increments is a joke.

"the fact that you did that much digging on a random employee"

Actually, it is not a random employee. It is a specific employee that is relative to the topic of the post.

If you look at the owner of the report, it seems they found them from Boeing, which is hilarious.

If someone terminated due to this presence report attendance issue under cobc and marked as non rehirable then are they eligible to join through contractor? Or can non rehirable flag marked as rehirable after certain time? As I believe this termination are not something people did any misdeed or misbehave or data breach.
