Vernova and the union have been very quiet about the two year wage contract that expires this month. Is the local 301 still around? Or is the union done with vernova?

48v+1jx044zkg- I know right just look at the newer ops leaders these days. Little do they know they will be first out the door no education to allow them to move up in Corporate they sit idle to long at one role they will be pushed out the door.

It’s No vote for my one vote because they won’t hire confident former employees back. They promote those who rat out union members with no real education. But they themselves sat around for hours collecting a paycheck now want more production. Throwing stones in a glass house. So if I had 2 votes they would both be no.
Company says to union here is 3 cents if you don’t take it we ship work overseas or to other plants and layoff here. Also by the way we are installing cameras in the facility to cut opps leaders so the cell leader can sit at his desk and watch everyone. Same stuff every contract So Long GE Jobs 2025
Ah the games continue I remember when I was about to retire in 2015 and some t rate was saying this contract isn’t bad at all. Because he came from a $13 hr job and had no clue how this game was to be played. 301 will live on as they get dirty penny thrown at their feet as usual. Good times keep us retired phat pensioners informed.
