Is it me and this might sound crazy an bizarre but do anyone feel like the metric is being manipulated to slowdown performance and bonus for advocates, I find it strange that my some of my metrics that are in green gets effected the following day, example had a 2 an transfers calls the very next day I received about 13 members that needed to be transferred to proper dept an I never cold transfer an now I check my metrics an my transfer at a 8, an I rarely even received calls for a transfer, an my software periodically crashing left to right dropping calls with members too effect my 2/48, someone tell me I’m just over-thinking this rabbit hole

Yes have you seen how crazy our metrics are lately.
It's like how Spotify promotes AI artists to pay the real artists less. Same stuff, different industry. UHG is just shady, I think most of us should know that by now.
Easiest way to get rid of us set us up for failure way to write us up. In the past eight years from when I started working on the c and s side we started our training for one thing one state to doing all states and calls and chat two at a time and must answer chat within certain time line for guess what? Same pay and very very little raises and bosses who write ya up tell you I know its tough I never had to do all that we ask of you to do.
