Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Big News!!!!

Supreme Court just ruled 9-0 against reverse descrimination. This might the start of chnages regarding who gets laid off and who does not!!!

This will clearly impact current AT&T HR policies!!!

9-0 is not a nothing ruling-employers will be looking very closely at actions that clearly target the majority class employees. This is NOT a narrow technical decision and will impact many lower court cases now and in the future.

You can dream all you want but this will impact future HC decisions at AT&T.

Y'all realize the SC did not rule on the "merits" of the case, they simply said a legal standard the lower court used was wrong. So, they unanimously ruled on a technicality, that is all. Maybe do a bit of research next time before posting misleading information out of context.
