Economic fear with get about 70-80% of the union to vote and majority yes votes with nothing gained no push back. But if enough no vote come close to the majority yes votes. It will still say something to the bean counters in their cubicle.

I have an ego the size of the biggest generator I have helped manufacture with pristine and precise accuracy because I am perfect and you are not.
