Why has there not been any mention of head of risk? Hasn’t he been instrumental in lifting the asset cap? Perhaps he is about to quietly ride into the sunset. I would like to thank him on behalf of the shareholders.

It seems as if leadership team is intentionally avoiding any mention of his name. He is definitely on his last few months.
Derek's not one of Schart's JPM cronies so his days are definitely numbered. He only lasted as long as he did b/c he's an @$$hole like the rest of the HY crowd.
No one deserves more credit than wells chief risk officer. That fellow has been under so much stress and working on cleaning up this swamp longer than anyone else. Let’s toast to DF and his decades of dedication.
DF is a je-k and will be gone with all his core cronies asap.
He may have given his 90 day notice so expect an announcement closer to that end date.
I’d be looking for a new gig if I was in DF circle of friends . I am just saying, if I was betting, I would expect leadership changes in Risk.
Are you kidding me? The management of the risk areas are horrible and were instrumental in getting Wells Fargo in these problems and were not able to quickly correct the issues which allowed the consent orders to continue for far too long.
If anything, they should be the first ones on the next round of layoffs.
It is a little odd. I mean, if Wells supports a huge merger deal, they will often mention the execs in that group or quote them for a Teamworks article or whatever. In the case of the cap it's been nada. Head of risk must not be in the clique. He is retiring soon IIRC.
Haven’t there been a few cycle through?
Good Morning, head of risk!
@OP Are you self promoting yourself?
