The gap between leadership and worker pay is huge and growing. I wish we had an overview of how much that gap jumped during the last 5-10 years here. I think it would be very interesting to see. Unfortunately, chances are that the gap will grow even more in the coming years!?

I sincerely doubt there is any benchmark to justify the $18+ million paid to the new hire CFO in her first 5 months of employment.
Don’t worry. It is all based on benchmarking so you can trust it is fair. Bunch of BS isn’t it?
