Question on Non-Hubs

New employee here! Did the relocation to hubs affect only ATS employees, as I see many are still assigned to Non-Hub cities. Is there a roadmap on when T wants to close non-hubs and ask to relocate everyone?

Oh, I’m so sorry. Don’t let the handcuffs hold you here too long.

“Let me get this straight: you're a new hire in a non-hub? Ya, right. Maybe for a janitorial position.”

That’s ’custodial engineer’ to you pal!

Many employees never took the time to upgrade technical skills but all of a sudden completed legal nano degrees.

yet one more problem with RTO is there is no rhyme or reason on which non-hub people are forced to move and who aren't. Anyone in such a situtation should hire a lawyer because their system is ripe with selectivity and bias.

And I know of someone who was recently hired in a non hub location. Explain that how others are being laid off for not relocating.

Also don't forget how ATS invented a new hub location in Charlotte.

Non hub? I think that against the law in most states. Be careful.

Well let's just say that there have been some changes that probably won't be communicated about how things are going to go and some decisions will be left up to lower levels and originally thought.

What they said about this 2 years ago is not necessarily appropriate anymore

You act like it’s over. It’s ongoing and selective which is why it’s causing such controversy among managers.

@a3 Are those ATS employees being asked to relocate eventually as well or they can continue in Non-Hubs forever?

All the people we have in ATS that report to non hub cities only have to badge in once a month.
