They could care less what you think. The only reason for the survey is so they can make a few changes and tell you how much your opinion matters.

Why do they even bother?
Don’t take the survey. If they don’t get enough responses, it won’t be statistically valid.
Leadership has repeatedly said they are sick of hearing about what’s important to me anyway: remote working, pre-Medicare health coverage, stolen vacation days.
and not shared either.
At least this one they didn't claim would be shared. But we all know even if they claimed it, they wouldn't.
@c7 I heard starting 2026 there will be no more severance for management employees. McElfresh is spear heading that. Employees covered by a union contracts should be ok unless that was bargained away.
"I told them RTO is working."
You are not wrong. It is working but not fast enough for C-Suite. They were hoping more would quit without severance, but everyone is holding on.
They hid results from the last couple surveys. Everyone knows they were bad. This one will likely be the worst yet and not shared either. I’d advise everyone to just be honest. Worst case you get short listed for the layoff. I think most would welcome that at this point.
" Everyone knows they got run through the mill and didn’t release the results because they were so bad."
Not wrong, but you do need to keep in mind this isn't the same survey. That was the OHI survey administered by McKinsey. And yes, the CEO promised to share the results and then reneged.
This is the ENPS survey, which used to be somewhat regular, but has not been seen for some time.
I think the only purpose of this survey is to collect what people are complaining about and then create action items for middle management to somehow "fix" it.
I told them RTO is working.
@ax Short bus leadership is hilarious
The only out come will be more moves to Dallas. The culture there is sycophants top-to-bottom so the results there will look rosy and everywhere else the results will be overwhelmingly awful. Our short bus leadership will see that and immediately conclude the problem is that not enough people are in Dallas.
They already know the results are going to be negative, they just want confirmation that they are getting the effect they were after. The survey is not anonymous, you are targeting yourself by being truthful.
I’ll tell it how it is in the survey. Best outcome is if everyone else does the same and they have to hide the results again. Pathetic.
I took the survey and provided my honest feedback. The least you can do is the same.
They Don't Care!
Gone back and forth about whether to do this sham and how to answer. I’m going to be honest and do a calm, professional job in eviscerating leadership in the free response.
Nothing will stop them from implementing even d-mber policies and initiatives. However, a bad result and honest, hard-hitting but not ranting feedback at least lets them know we aren’t rolling over and we can see through them.
Saying everything is great just to keep them off your back will tell leadership that we’re good with their BS and provide them with more ammo.
Any good therapist will tell you ghosting is the healthiest way to treat a toxic and abusive partner. Any engagement is only good for them and bad for you.
They like to identify the centers with the malcontents. It's useful for deciding where force adjustment should happen. I always gave them two thumbs up.
@a8 it’s not about change, it’s about the knowing how we feel. Now they know and if everyone answers this survey truthfully they’ll look extremely bad if they attempt to hide the results again.
I just hope you people told the truth and didn’t lie like cowards.
Surveys are just for show. It's more important if you give them the silent treatment.
@a2 how is that effective - even after knowing out thoughts they proceed with HUBs forcing employees to relocate and kept on their relentless pursuit for layoffs. Nothing changed based on our input.
If they see every employee saying the same thing then maybe they'll actually make a change. The least you can do is just fill out the survey
Disagree, the last one was very effective at shaming them so extensively that they hid the results which increased the pressure on them.
Everyone knows they got run through the mill and didn’t release the results because they were so bad.
Thats very effective if you ask me.
