Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Is ATT abandoning Cricket Wireless?

Their offers are out of date, non-competitive, and they don't seem to care. Layoffs galore in Cricket.

Cricket has the shittest website and app of all the pre-paids. No idea why T would not push them to be more competitive. My whole family just switched from AT&T and Cricket to Visible. Their self service app is great. We researched all the prepaids before deciding and by far Cricket does not even hold a candle in competitiveness, ease of service, or pretty much anything. Get rid of it or do a complete overhaul of the people running it and r4evamp the brand.

Yup. Crickets gone. T paid a premium for it and the tax weasels in Dallas su-ked the Treasury for every last IRC benny from its carcus and now it’s garbage. Check please!

"RTO is becoming an industry standard"

This guy has the same intellectual capacity as Legg who tries to justify occupancy numbers by using 2018 occupancy as the benchmark. Of course, Legg fails to mention that much of AT&T was 3x hybrid then so of course the occupancy is around 60%.

Read that page and the sh-tshow their corporate office is…
Bribery, EEOC and COBC violations galore.
That ship is just sinking with their sh---y leaders that came from T.
I’m sure the new Pres was brought in to fix it but alas she hasn’t done jack in 10 months.

“ RTO is becoming an industry standard“

No, it is not.

The vast majority of employers still employ a structured hybrid management model for the management employees.

RTO is becoming an industry standard.

Cricket Wireless primarily targets Lower- to middle-income households, Younger adults and families and Hispanic and Latino communities, and Urban and suburban users.
However they are all moving on to Metro by T-Mobile and Boost Mobile. It appears that even they can’t stand all the BS and fine print that comes with T’s cradle to grave lock in plans. If you’re wondering whether T’s current strategy still aligns with that audience, or if they’re losing touch, I’d say your instincts are on point. This place is for wrinkled old men that get in a circle to play with other wrinkled old men in congress. Nothing but a grift on a grand scale.

Cricket, like Visible for Verizon, should be 99% just a self-service app you download to your phone. Why we have badged employees reselling mobility services under a different brand baffles me. Our company is not even smart enough to copy our competition. We would rather copy the RTO policies of Amazon and Tesla, because we have so much in common with those businesses...
