Great job on upsetting the customers and the agents simultaneously.
Dollar thrifty Customers are upset they are asked qualifying questions, plus offers of sales products. This is for alll customers regardless of how they booked! Then the customer comes to the counter and has to process the rental through regular rent. Agents now don’t even have the option to pre-assign through 2.0! Agents are ki-ling their payout and renters are more mad than before!
