An apology from Global Payments

This is quite vague as it has to be but I would like to formally apologize to many of you on behalf of us worker bees in Global Payments. There’s a lot of awful changes currently taking place that we the people have absolutely no control over. Whether it be giving India WAY too much control, or the introduction and force feeding of new and archaic systems that are forcing payments to get lost in the shuffle. When the frustrations boil over we are obviously muzzled and cannot tell you that we have a major India problem or are now working out of a 90s based OS. But we hear you, and we feel you.

Everyone US-based employed in Global Payments should walk of the job. The dumpster fire will continue to burn until something drastic happens.
