Sales ppl - Kev!n focusing reps under 60% mark but those 20-30% and under will be gone. Looking like 20-30% global sales total counted gone

Pools in AMER is to account for the AE leaving or being asked to leave. EMEA and APJ have cost inline.
SE reduction is wrong but reclassification might be correct. SE will become CS and if some leave they will be replaced with lower cost heads closer to customers.
Pooled SE model in the US. Not in Japan or Europe. Hybrid in APAC. Maybe August.
KKR continues to demand further cuts in headcount. I see no end to this decline.
50% reduction in SEs would be way too much.
