PRESENCE REPORT WRONG

The presence report has been updated and it is painfully wrong, peoples livelihoods are at stake. Shame on Stankey

Better than prior weeks but still not accurate

Presence report is kept faulty intentionally. It is the easiest tool to fire employees with cobc, otherwise they will have to report to DOL that they have lack of work

"Report is accurate. Track my hours and matches perfectly."

You are very much the minority.

"I track my own hours and quit looking at it."

You should always look at the evidence that could be used against you. I track my own time also and when I see a significant discrepancy I use the Syslog and connection report to corroborate my tracking, or at least disprove the presence report. And be sure to keep the corroborating evidence.

All will be good when the 7 day RTO mandate comes out.

It’s all over the place for me. Departure time is almost always messed up and overall it has shorted me. What an embarrassing piece of horsesh!t.

My time was off by a half hour one day but was otherwise accurate.

"The main issue identified when questions are submitted is that employees weten’t working during core hours."

Where are the core hours written? I have not seen core hours in any documentation on our HR site.

I track my own hours and quit looking at it. I know I’m doing the required time. Whether their report shows that, idk. But I do what is asked of me and I track it all, even the time at home. If for some reason they try to discipline me because of their faulty report, well, we will let the court decide. BTW, if I got OT for what I actually work, I would double my salary. Pretty sure I’m misclassified in my role as well. I’d kind of welcome it.
