Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

Is there anyone left at this place who actually knows anything?

Long story short, recently terminated and going through the administrative issues related to benefits and literally 4 phone transfers at the so called Benefits Center without any resolution.

  • brain drain is way too obvious

And by the way have been told a few times by different reps that the volumes for questions about certain termination issues have been high....Cheers and good luck.

VBO and the rest of the knowledge has retired or are about to retire due to the ridiculous Rules Fidelity imposes on its children, i mean employees.

No, the big wigs keep running things like we have it under control, but they have no idea how bad their managers are. So sad watching this place burn.

Yes, for sure brain drain, I can give 10 examples of bad hire or loss of talent, let me start with one. There is L6 manager in wealth management IT side Indian (no offence or discrimination) who is converted to full time merely on lip service, could not say a sentence properly and has very bad attitude with peers
