Yesterday they called me in the conference room. To my surprise my manager told me it's over. Then they had HR talk to me to review my payoffs. Please pray for me as am looking for work.

I was layed off from VZW 11-2023. Took a little while to re-adjust. I was lucky. Found another job quickly. I'm sure you will too. Hang in there. GOD BLESS YOU.

So many all-knowing people on these boards... I agree that lots of posters seem fake, but to say this is not Verizon process is ignorant. I have seen people be walked out of BR in just this exact fashion. Not typical, sure. But it happens. Or am I fake news, too? Maybe I'm just a bot. Sure. That's it. I must be a bot. You can ignore me and keep watching Up to Speed, so S@m can stare empathetically into the camera while speaking euphemistically about shrinking the workforce. Carry on.
