Some days I pray for layoffs. Other days I panic about surviving them. Either way, the stress is the real paycheck.

Yeah…not the company it use to be. Third generation leadership almost always ruins the company. HR at Fidelity use to be in check. Now they are the problem. Someone someday may figure it out. Fidelity use to be a great place to work but lost their way the past few decades. As a former employee when there were about 2000 employees worldwide…the company was awesome…so much potential….I loved my job, the company and co-workers. Reading through the reviews the company has changed - quite sad actually.
This makes me feel so normal.
