That is not at all what happened. Have you also stopped doing business with your local doctors and hospitals? Most say they will archive/delete info if you haven't been in 2 years, yet I got a letter from my kids' pediatrician that all their info was hacked; they're adults with their own jobs and homes now.
Experian also was hacked, and everyone's ENTIRE credit history, not just one company, was compromised. You going to stop using any kind of credit, or bank accounts, or finance a house or car?

This organization was always told that these FCC filings must be completed inside the US and that this was mandated by the government.
Leadership in this organization wants to save money by using a team in India and recently advised us that there is no law preventing these filings from being done outside the US.

When an employee files a report with the FCC that employee understands that they are regulated by US law.
A person outside of the US cannot be.

So many customers complain about the language barrier but not only that but they always complain about how long it takes them to handle simple task that would take us here in the US that have been doing this for years 5-10 minutes to do at the most. I’m starting to believe they do it on purpose. They are not even held to same standards or policies like we are here in the states. Att just looks the other way because all they care about is not paying us to do it and supposedly saving a pretty penny while demolishing the experience for all customers. Not all of them but high percentage.
