After 2 years I have been told the entire team will be eliminated. Legal fwiw. It was good but not entirely sad. If not for this i would have procrastinated my job search. Adios everyone

Sorry for your loss but you will be okay. When I joined this company 15 years ago (previous industry experience), I could see the wheels falling off then. Very unorganized with poor mgmt, poor training standards, and ignorance in operational and execution performance. Literally has been a downward slope ever since just hiding behind high volume production. This was a good lesson for you to understand red flags of organizations before joining them.
