This post is filled with of outsourced vendors pretending to be American.
They’ll cut call center representatives. They loved the WFH , but what it really did was give them no purpose and also allowed tons of outsourced calls. Now there on pins and needles about getting laid off. No need to pay a rep $100k when you can get an Indian person, doing the same thing, for half the cost.
Managers let it go........zero backbone. I hope they ALL lose their jobs!
