Can someone explain why this is acceptable from managers? I work at an airport and have asthma. There are managers that carry around their vape openly at work and hit it in the back offices. Why is this accepted?

It’s acceptable because what, you want to push your agenda and force your beliefs on everyone else?
Its because managers at Hertz are do what I say and not what I do. Same reason you get written up for being late and they roll in anytime they want.
