It wasn’t a real eNPS in any sense. Those 2 questions at the end about how we can accelerate the “AT&T Guarantee” and our “Culture Transformation” are pretty much useless. Corporate doesn’t care what we think about those initiatives. The Guarantee is a waste of time and we’re not going backwards with whatever “culture” transformation is taking place.
We will not see another eNPS while Stankey is at the wheel.
" Not submitting it is also voicing your opinion."
Only if it was done by a majority.
Sadly, that doesn't ever happen.
Not submitting it is also voicing your opinion.
" Not one beneficial result (for employees) will result ..."
Well, not necessarily. Nothing in terms of any policy change for the better or anything, sure.
But I spent quite a bit of time on a couple paragraphs lambasting Leadership (in a professional, but nonetheless scathing) manner at the end.
If nothing else, these DO get read all the way up the ladder. So, I do take some satisfaction from that.
Brown stuff on their nose and kneepads.
Play tic tac toe with the box choices.
P1$$ on them & their bogus, window dressing surveys! Not one beneficial result (for employees) will result from that farce.
I submitted with high scores since I am trying to keep my job.
I really wasn't going to this time, but since finding out most of my team did, I caved and did it.
It doesn't matter, but I hammered them (in a professional manner of course), especially in the free from at the end. Did make me feel a little better, if nothing else. And before all of you "it's not anonymous" paranoids chime in... I know. I don't care.
It's useless and FAR from anonyms. The ONLY people who answer those are the people with brown stuff on their nose. in my opinion.
