Copied this directly from my survey submission:
“Our direction in ATS has become increasingly arbitrary and capricious since our new CTO took over. Can you help coach him to deliver a more articulate vision which is truthful and authentic. In the beginning, we was told we was safe, but because of my age and the color of my skin, I feel marginalized.”
I also video recorded and captured screen shots of my response to bolster my legal case based on retaliation. If I get laid off, this can be related or unrelated, I really don’t care.
Anyone asked for more hubs?
They can be tired of hearing about it, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop communicating about what a complete CLUSTER RTO is, especially for 24x7 employees!
They said they were tired of hearing about RTO, so I didn’t take the survey.
Who really cares. Surveys are over tomorrow. I’m waiting on the parade of new culture activities post survey. Most likely we will see more ice cream socials to boost morale.
