I really enjoy working here. I enjoy that this is a non profit company that is socially aware. I like that we gave beto a Segway and we support the theatre. I feel humble just walking in the tower.

The Holidays are upon on us guys, let's try to be cordial and respectful to each other so we can accomplish our goals. I for one am pledging less gossip on my segway and a little more gossip on foot. I thoroughly enjoy my daily trips on the upper floors and will do my darndest to be a better know-it-all but at the same time be the most cringe-full creature this company has seen since......well....ME! Follow me for more tips on how to get demoted shamefully but still be relevant with my heroes on the top floor simply be sharing 'data' aka juicy gossip.
Bonuses are only for the leadership, although how they have the nerve to call themselves that is beyond me and most others.
The engineering VP had been moved so many times and each times he screws up and screws the business for which he is responsible but yet he still keeps his position. Must have friends in high places or be a KSB!
I am kinda smart, me poppy is at Rice U, there is a engineer at diamond that likes me, I have not been demoted this year, and I love me some jazz hands, I once cuddle with hair club for men.

Bonuses???? Arent they gone for the peons? I thought that only management receives them now? Or are you saying that our management teams will be departing after February?
After bonuses are delivered in February, you will see a lot of people leaving here. Our competition is offering better salaries and benefits, why would you stay here.
I really enjoy working here. I enjoy all the fake coworkers who throw each other under the bus with a smile to save their own jobs, because this is the only one they can do. No one knows what a profit is. Maybe one day we'll figure it out. New goons are being hired. I feel sorry for them but they'll find out once the kool-aid runs out. All the smart people left. Even the smart salesman who was going to make millions walked. Can't keep good people, bad decisions and morale running them off. The worst management selections you could possibly make are made, every 1-2 years. Zero accountability no matter how bad they sc--w things up.. I'm looking for my exit. This place is doomed.
Your jokes are whack. Leave it to others to insult Segway. I’say he’s more of an Abbott. Says he’s gonna fix things but doesn’t and let’s people freeze or take the fall. Acts tough with firearms but is nothing more than a big whoosy when confronted. Rolls around on his wheels as if he’s the smartest guy in building but is an incompetent loser.
One day, I will get promoted and I will be where I was before I got demoted. Then in another decade I will move up. It’s about the grind. I almost sold a rig once. Eventually someone will have to buy a rig from me.
