@a5 most are in Boston… but they spend all of their time traveling to “offsites” where I guess they plan musical chairs with associates while completely ignoring the hungry competitors lurking around the corner in every major business unit. Fidelity is getting left behind quickly while they focus on RTO and co-location strategies

The entire Wealth platform is a big mess.
Is all senior leadership in one location? Considering the importance of their work, they should all be on one floor with an open floor plan for maximum collaboration.
