Yeah... my ratings for this survey were not positive. And my comments were honest but not kind. AT&T leadership is 'brave' for attempting an employee survey given the current environment. (Or perhaps they are blissfully unaware of the impact of their actions.)
Surveys work like this. IF you fill it out. Your manager does get it. Doesnt have the uuid’s on them just the response. As a manager. I could tell who wrote what, based on how they spoke about issues. And all the company is doing is looking for free good ideas to go with. Funny how upper management can’t come up with their own ideas. Why, because they can’t do your job 95% of the time. My boss can’t cover for me for the entire day. Did they post last years results. NO. Everyone said KMA. They are truly worthless surveys and L3 and above. Doing a survey doesn’t help you keep your job. I am a Golden Parachute Recipient. D9. Layoffs are about taking the most possible money off the books not performance.
I told the truth. It’s going to be ugly if they read it. I’m going to guess it won’t get read, but I just said what I thought. If I get laid off, so be it.
Never even got asked to do the survey. It was much easier to ignore this time around.
@a8 Even if surveys improved the suits won’t share any of the filthy sick huge selfish bonus. They made it to the club… just smile and worship their egos…
Fun Fact: You can give candid feedback and remain professional.
Rumors are circulating that the CCP has infiltrated the T employee survey and now employee approval is just over 98 percent, and all you survey deniers are going to have your cubicles visited by you know who.
Alright, posting my grievances in the comments section of the survey, In a professional manner.
If a poor rating gets you fired then I might as well turn in my badge. I hammered the company on this survey. I will happily take my severance and ride off into the sunset.
BTW, there are still a couple more hours to turn the survey in.
I’ve told the truth every single year. Here I am. Doing my eight hours and out. No punishment all these years.
I tell the truth every time and I’m still here
Next year our bonuses will be tied to the Employee Survey scores.
Beatings will continue until morale further nose dives. They trust that will greatly boost “voluntary” separation.
