Every day for the past couple weeks we were spammed from my chain of command. We were at 27% that should tell them something and made a 9% jump.
To make it sicker were the same useless puppets stating “ I want to hear what you’re thinking “. I thought to myself we’ve told you in person when you visited and you did just the opposite.

@g4 No fool, directors and ADs are the ones who decide who to let go u doofus. Upper management usually say that they need x number of people removed from a team and then directors need to select those x people or else upper management will randomly select for them. Nobody’s getting fired for their honest feedback, especially with the fact that the vast majority of the employees are gonna have severely critical points to disagree with upper management. Try harder with valid points next time 🤡🤡
Just because you didn’t see a “list” at your low level doesn’t mean it’s not available for upper management which makes the layoff, relocation, RTO decisions. You are just a drone like the rest of middle to low management.
Lack of completion is tracked.
Don't threaten me with a good time. Nothing actionable ever comes out of these surveys, because leadership doesn't care. Filling it out is just a waste of your productivity.
OMG, you paranoids drive me nuts.
Yes, you enter your UID.
Yes, they can see overall participation from their group at VP level, and they hound you to complete until the last minute, as higher participation shows their employees are "engaged".
The best thing would be for no / low participation. That would send the strongest message.
But we are surrounded my too many sycophants and yes people. They were asked repeatedly by their Director to take it, so they take it.
So, I too take it. And there were a lot of ones and some scathing feedback at the end.
And again, I have had 25-30 people under me in the past taking these. I have read some really ill-advised and inflammatory comments. And given how you to come to understand your employees "voice" over a period of time... say, the dimwit with the poor grammar and spelling, or the guy on the opposite side of that with the verbosity and unnecessarily complex language...yes you can pretty easily tie a survey to an individual on your team.
But I have never seen anything official listing particular UIDs to surveys, and I have never been asked to council any naysayer due to a survey, and have certainly never seen anyone fired over a survey.
So lighten up. You're not being put on any "list" for completing their silly survey.
@bt unimportant that is
The company proves over and over that the current employees are important. Who do they think is being fooled with the survey antics? Perhaps they are fooling themselves.
These surveys may not be tracked but you clicking on the link is. Why doesn't the third party company send us the invite instead? If you check the link you'll see it has embedded trackers in it.
They say they want employee input... until they read it.
This is good for those that submitted it and want to keep their jobs. Lack of completion is tracked.
I completed it on my cou cell phone, next day received another email about taking the survey so, I wanted to see if they had recorded it. Sure enough when I clicked on the email link on the company laptop it said I had already taken the survey. Appears my uid is linked to participation, whether the actual completed survey is anonymous is really unknown, I don’t believe anything they say anymore.
Like some political parties, don’t believe your lying eyes. I’m peacefully throwing objects at you and only setting your car on fire for warmth. Looting and as--ult is just to relieve our anxiety and you owe us. 😆
