Approx 7k mgrs have completed this training. Has anything changed as a result of this training?

It won't be very long before RW shuts it down. It felt to me to be watered down and light in meaningful material. I am grateful we received investment and an attempt at a cultural and growth course. I heard the team that owns NLEP probably needs the program more than us.
Really seemed to depend on the trainer (and their layoffs didn't help).. Our trainer was universally seen as positive. They had us go through some standard stuff but we also spent time working on how to use Ask AT&T as part of our day, how to get corporate templates and even our better users of Powerpoint learned some good stuff from the class. We were all surprised we took away stuff we could immediately apply.
I've heard from other locations that it was a total waste of time, so... it definitely varied.
I think the concept behind it and the intentions are good. For those not in network, it’s basically MDP, but everyone had to take it in Network. I doubt they repeat it this year, but who knows. No im not aware of anyone advancing as a result of it.
It's a waste of 3 days. No one uses it. No one has promoted because of it. And quite frankly I had forgotten about it until this thread. It's about as useful as ATT University and Micro degrees. Looks good on your Linkedin profile.

This training is such a joke... It's just a networking opportunity that's about it. I have not heard a single person talk about how much of a great benefit it was and although they enjoyed the networking they were glad it's over.
