You know, when we had great pay and benefits that attracted the best people. Today, the benefits package sounds good only on paper. When you look closer at high deductibles, tiny raises, and cost-cutting everywhere, it no longer feels competitive. Which is especially frustrating when the workload keeps growing with no compensation adjustment.

ExxonMobil is the worst coporate culuture in the whole of USA, for a company that size. Its filled with small town nobodies getting a taste of power and a blind faith in the ones above them driven by fear and guilt. Just like the not so good parts of Christanity.
Durwood should only get a raise equal to the average of the entire workforce.
H is a gifted person though. He is able to predict the % of workers that Need Significant Improvement before the assessments even begin! He mu have crystal ba--s.
Try no raise and I am expecting the same after this cycle. While papa Durwood gets 19.5%. What an absolute slap in the face.
