As long as the cinnamon rolls remain stateside I'm good!
Most functions will be in India within 5-10 years. Just like calling a help desk with any company. A few rolls will remain stateside but it’s financially more sensible to hire 20 employees in Bangalore for the cost of 2 in Houston or California.
ExxonMobil quit recruiting from most US universities and no longer matches employee donations. Has Chevron followed?
What really makes me want to gag are the Chevron US or AUS employees who like the "So excited to share I'm starting with Chevron India" posts. Take your likes and celebrates and shove 'em where the sun don't shine.
What is going to be the rate of replacement of US employees by India employees? 10%/year? 20%/year? how long before the headquarters are in India, and only executive management in HOU?
Let’s hope ENGINE employees read these posts and see what they’ve signed up for and how they can expect to be treated.
Why don’t you post some here for us to see?
