Without any of these, and they are a direct derivative of leadership, the company will continue to fail!
So, unlike the family, Jefferson River Capital LLC has a plan.
At this point one can only gather data and see what that implies.
I'm leaning toward letting the marginal stores fail so the schools fire them.
I wouldn't say it's not what's happened...it's more like what's not happening.
Teams feeling inspired.
Teams being engaged.

Teams feeling included in the process.
Teams feeling appreciated.
Teams caring about results.
