call your State Congressperson and tell them to vote no!
First of all this is a state issue so no Congress Representative is involved.
Second I called my state senator and told him to vote yes because I want my buyout.

It has passed the Assembly, but now goes to the State Senate. It is not law yet. Use this link https://action.cwa.org/call_campaigns/tell-the-california-state-assembly-stop-ab-470 to call your State Congressperson and tell them to vote no!
So now T can sell its assets in CA to Frontier and get out of the People’s Republic of California.

Did Google and Yahoo.
No news since 2024.
This is fake news.
There goes TDM in CA!
FCC has given AT&T approval to move everybody off with the legacy platform and the goal is end of 2027 for completion. This could be related. I think under the last administration this was not possible - not sure if it’s political or not but it’s interesting that they were shut down couple years back and now all of a sudden we’re allowed to move everyone off. I don’t know enough about the California carrier of last resort ruling and how if that is related to legacy services so correct me if I’m wrong; just speculating.
It failed not long ago so, source?
Source?
There goes CA!
Woohoo!!!
