Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Hertz dictatorship

The directors seem to misunderstand their title. It’s not dictator. It’s director. It’s not entitled, it’s a title.
The micromanagement stemming from Scary K.B., is beyond ridiculous. Hertz wants a clean shot at improvement, talks about doing the same things and expecting different results, gets employs the same toxic upper management.

The executive motto has always been do as I say and not what I do. No money to hire or give bonuses but execs travel daily on company dime.

Hertz continues the same script with a high speed revolving door C suite while real talent continues to march out of the company through the back door. How about that clown in Operations Excellence Kari B? How is an airline model going to work to run a car rental fleet? Just ask John Tague how that worked out.

I was a Hertz Gold member for a while. Came in handy on business trips. However Hertz customer service su-ked. Rented a new car and immediately got a check engine light in po-dunk Los Angeles. That took hours to remedy. One of many bad Hertz rental stories.

Happier with Enterprise. Su-k it Hertz.
