How long did it take you find this site? Probably not very long and probably someone from your office. At least that was my case.
In my onboarding session it was heavily emphasised by HR we should leave a positive review on Glassdoor, the lady even said she would check to see new reviews in the following days. Immediately I realized what type of company I was in.
They have marketers. They get paid to say positive things. They flood these forums with their propaganda. We all know the truth.
By doing this, the majority of people believe what they’re told. So this helps the Honeywell hiring machine and it just Honeywell positive feedback. Remember folks. There’s nothing wrong with Honeywell culture. It’s just the attitude the employees have. Let’s use their famous line.
If you don’t like working here, go somewhere else.
Honeywell also employees an army of interns at the headquarter locations in order to boost headcount to maintain the state tax deals. These interns get very little work, even VPs don’t know what they do. They get good pay, headquarter locations get free meals and snacks all day, boosting the good reviews.
Bootlickers and stooges are compensated to post fraudulent reviews.
Do veterans have to review on Glassdoor?
They have a troll farm report negative reviews by the hundreds to get them auto tossed.
Also .. doesn’t hurt that Honeywell only hires people who will accept pay that averages a full std deviation below peers by design.
Honeywell pays a reputation management company in India. They also strong arm all interns and new hires.

Because HW HR BOTs provide the reviews.
