Just curious when PIPs start and deadline to have all communications completed.

It seems EM has two scales for measuring “Needs Significant Improvement”.
One scale for employees that are paid 1/8 of EM norms.
A different scale for employees paid 8/8 of EM norms.
The scales do not take into account one person spending 8 hours to develop the wrong answer and the other person spending only 1 hour to make corrections.
EM Executives have demanded the person making the corrections be PIP’d and the person wasting 8 hours to get the wrong conclusion should be kept.
There will be consequences after the last corrector is PIPd, and Managers without their experts do not catch the mistakes.

As a NRE, if you are NI, there will be no raise and no stock options until you reach 55 years old.
I am expecting mine soon second week in July. I am either getting nsi or good. No worries though as I am nre baby. I will have some bs counseling which I will not attend. At the end they will say try harder next year and that will be the end of it. I expect to be good or ni for the next few years. Then after I am retirement eligible I will be piped and forced out. They to warn you early if you are nsi because you need to choose fast. If you are piped you have to be off the books by nov 15th. Fired.
July 7th. But they mix them up to keep people guessing.
