SV is the biggest rock in front of Honeywell’s growth agenda. NPI numbers are fluff and no one says anything about the Pink Elephant in the room.. No checks and balances. Our business maybe the only exception and I wonder how SV will continue hiding poor NPI performance after 50% of revenue and majority of growth comes with us.

@q2 His meetings are all about finding one victim and bashing that person every opportunity he gets and for every topic presented to him he will only point out flaws and what is missing. So toxic
When you RIF the R&D Engineers what do you expect for NPI? It's a joke.
@1ey this is accurate.
@q2 I think he is a buddy of VK too. CTO is a hot seat and requires top talent. Does anyone else had similar privileges to fail many times and hold their position.
SV was the buddy of JW. Surprised he didn't leave soon after JW did. They both had similar behaviors which destroyed the NPI potential of SPS. Not sure he ever had much to do with Aero. Just a KPIs guy really without much to offer.
@j5 So on point. I know one of his PPT Team. Absolute leech.
CTO? He has never participated a single Technology project in last 30 years. He was a glorified assistant to KM in India, and so got the ACS CTO job, and then somehow managed to impress non technical CEOs like DA and VK with his PowerPoint team, to get where he is now.
Yeah, SV isn't doing his job. Being rid of him, and Vimal is partially why I'm glad I'm on the Aero side of the breakup.
IS SV a veteran?
Mr. Xuper Mask, What a waste that was!

Just yet another fraudster in a never ending line.
SV the cto? never hear from him. absolutely zero impact on the business past or present.
