I feel like we don’t hire quality people anymore. All we get are these toxic people who just call HR to make stuff up about their colleagues and put them through he-l to try to ruin their career. We used to be better than this!

It's friends and family company. My B3 is the d-mbest noob. We lost 90% of good people due to lack of growth and internal politics. Waiting for chase management to take over and clean the dirty politics.
I had a co worker like this years ago she was the absolute worst person to work with. Everyone was supposedly out to get her and nothing was ever her fault. She left the bank and I swear it put a pep in my step walking into work knowing she wouldn't be there anymore
