I love it! Y’all need to quit being so negative. Sad you can’t recognize progress. You can’t have it both ways: 1). IT is antiquated and 2). IT is changing things and I can’t handle it.

How many million dollars did this cost?
What is the value to the company (hint, it's $0, or possibly negative given the time employees will need to learn it and find anything)?
Not opposed to change, but when I can't get money for a project that will pay for itself within 1.5 years and then see huge spend on this, it's maddening
Real annoying on the new IEM tab in zoom, it now always has a red dot on it because I don't check their stupid notifications

Would have much rather had the addition of a button that's easy to find and says "start It ticket". They always say start a ticket but it's so time consuming to start one that you just give up instead.
