Too many.
Probably less than 10%, maybe 5%.
I’d estimate 15-20% of folks are CL28+.
More 28 and 29s at the GBC locations.
The tactic is to inflate fancy job titles for lower CL levels.
Titles mean nothing when they started handing it out like candy.
Yep. Squeezing out any long term sub- exec career. Job hop when you are able. If your in the US, recognize that all jobs are going to India!
