Why don't forklift drivers in fresh get forklift pay? I drive for : cooler, freezer and am expected to also drive for bakery and HMS.
The only driver in that area.

Only merchandise forklift operators in past got the differential and got to keep it . No other area got paid differential. I guess they assume it’s paid in partial of what your job code is and pay is .
The backroom people don't get paid what forklift drivers get paid. We rack more then anyone in the club. Make that make sense.
And then for the floor after 12:30. It's ridiculous.
