How is this effected and I would assume all managers to the top would be US based and also require to be in hubs or at least rotational? You can’t tell me this outsourced over seas along with management?

Denver and Sacramento has had 911 personnel for many years- management and union workforce.
911 support center along with management is already located in Atlanta, they moved from Connecticut several years ago. The few 911 digital techs are spread throughout AT&T footprint and are in combined crews. All USA based
