A Favor to Ask

At the rate employees are dragging up at the Borger Refinery, will the last one to leave turn off the lights and lock the doors?

Borger hires incompetent leaders. They bully employees and empower their minions to bully those not in the click. Very sad for those of us who want to work.

Watch out! They will remove this post! They removed the post about the Canadian River getting polluted by the waste water plant. Not to mention the post about a certain RLT that is the reason for most of the mass exodus. It's almost as if a trip across the pond was paid for with the resignation and demotions of some of our finest engineers. Mark my words, this post will be deleted!

Some times it’s called survival work the best you can. If that’s not good enough then move on. Because in the long run God will still bless you!

I made the jump best decision I’ve made!! The brand and company isn’t what I used to be… trash leadership ruined the company.

Won’t have to worry about the lights in Borger, it will be going out much the same way it started BOOMTOWN!
RLT is using the same playbook that lead to the Challenger disaster.
I just hope in the end they are prosecuted and go to jail.
