Hoping I get caught in the net one of these days. I’m currently negotiating another job, and it has nothing to do with banking. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful.

Yeah 5 years is more than enough with the crummy raises WF gives. Your pay definitely has not come close to keeping up with inflation.
