Me and my time have done at least 4 of these bloody surveys.
A lot of wasted time.
A lot of wasted worry.
A lot of wasted meetings in random conference rooms and calls.
Result?

The Outside Consultants just made a lot of dough while BofA HR and Brass congratulate themselves on so-called "Employee Engagement".
