Wealth is going to get hit

Colocation is going to hit wealth.

While the executive CIO stays comfortable with their locations, commute it's the level 4 to 7 who is getting impacted due to colocation.

I was told this morning my location is being moved to NC from Boston.

I was religiously attending connect weeks and more while so many in our team had WFH exception.

I have until end of Aug, any leads will be helpful. I am in Wealth Technology.

Please keep me in your prayers

Glad we have financial firms all around us. Can't wait for my second interview...can't wait for the offer....can't wait to quit this he-l-hole and move my money.

Why did they tell you so late? Were you out of office? Other folks were being told this 2-3 weeks ago.

Nothing is supposed to make sense with fidelity.

They are doing everything in their power to make lives miserable.

Even the bathrooms are like bait station in NC, food courts run out of lunch.

It sounds more and more like if you're relocated that means you're not wanted. There're squad leaders in my area still 100% remoting.

Why NC?

NC is freaking full to the max.

Unless they plan on sending the onshored employees back home?

A lot of these so called CIOs and leaders are having somber tone, which is indicative of upcoming huge impact.

What a sad reality we are living in, having to make ends meet, associates have to deal with so much stress, uncertainty, anxiety.
