Chadwick Westlake, EVP and CFO of OpenText, will step down to become President & CEO of EQB. Cosmin Balota, SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as interim CFO. OpenText also announced strong preliminary fourth quarter fiscal year 2025 revenue expectations of approximately US$1.31 billion.

Smart move! OT is going no where fast! This speaks volumes to me. Unimpressed with the OKO. Sandy Ono prancing on stage reminds me of Toronto’s whacked mayor Olivia Chow. Takes more than a dam cow bell to impress me!

That was a whiplash fast escape. If he wanted to stay with such a great company as OT he could have said "no".

If it is possible for someone to attain the position of CEO while still producing fraudulent financial reports, who would serve as the second-in-command under another CEO and engage in the same deceitful financial reporting?

I don't think this reflects badly on OT, but the stock was hit anyway. The CEO died suddenly a coupe weeks ago and of course Mr. Westlake would want to go back as his replacement.
