Last week is the worst one yet. It is more wrong than right. Are they even managing that report anymore?

Is this still a thing? At this point, i really dont care. I do my task and go home whenever i want.
@nr most funniest comment. January report was so bad that even everyone knew it is inaccurate, it was used to terminate employees under cobc to save some money and send example to employees. Later report was tried to be worked on but it has always 15 minutes error, which can be avoided because it is not being used to take any action. But many employees complain every other day that their record is not correct and its a big tight slap on CTO and HRBP who advocated that whomever they terminated they have video evidences for them, these employees whose report is not correct also showing all evidences but still this report issues are not corrected yet. All those who are associated with this presence report including CEO, CTO, HRBP VPs should be terminated under code of conduct. They are become a joke to such a big company HR system.
One thing the report has always been accurate on is that you stay.
@g6 HR actually first asks your manger or director, if they say they don’t know what their team member do then they take action. And why they will care when they don’t even know what you do or how much time you work. When your manager didn’t defend you, who directly knows your work. Then you should not expect from any one else.
? Are you that insecure??
Obvious troll.
HR doesn't care who you are or what you do. They don't even look at that when they fire you. You're an at will employee and they're looking to reduce headcount. Any loose justification (whether erroneous or not) is enough to get them to pull the trigger.
If you're let go over mistakes in the presence report, they'll tell you it was your fault for not getting them corrected.
@f9 one day when CEO and CTO will not meet target then again they will use this report to terminate employees under cobc to save some money and show profits and give impression to DOL that its not layoff. Until just relax and do more than 4 hours from office and you are safe.
If you’re so concerned about this report, what does that say about the job that you do
? Are you that insecure??
Amount of time we're all spending reading these reports and our supervisors reading these reports = colossal waste of time. Let's not focus on how to grow a market together. Let's meet and discuss our hours in the office. Eff you.
@ef just sit for more than 4 hours in office, no one will do anything.
I quit caring about that inaccurate report. I do my job, put in my time, i track my own hours (i do way beyond 40 per week as that’s the nature of the job), I show up to the office 5x as required (though it is asinine at this point given we are a 24/7/365 team) and do what I’m asked to do. If someone has an issue with it, feel free to write me up. I’ve got no F’s left at this point. I’m only here until I can find something better.
Lowering the bar..
"Y’all are downvoting me like “I” said this."
It is the ever present Stank a-s sycophants.
"and yet you complain and remain "
Not complaining, informing.
@a3 by that token stinky and ratty must have been fired after warner and tmo fiasco.. not only they did not get fired but have golden parachutes. This is par for the course with t.
“ Came up on a VP call. They say it’s “mostly” correct and aren’t concerned. Tell people to open tickets“
Y’all are downvoting me like “I” said this. Just a humble reporter here passing along what the VP said.
and yet you complain and remain
Then I guess I’m about to “mostly” do my PLE courses, and “mostly” answer customer calls, and “mostly” pay my parking dues, and “mostly” return email and Teams messages, and “mostly” badge in.
News and Alerts page posted that they are investigating report data issues for 7/1 - 7/3.
They already take action on January report, and removed employees less than 3 hrs office presence, to set an example. Now no one is doing less than 3 hours, and CEO himself said that he is spending most of hours in office which is 4.1 hours. So they can’t terminate him under cobc. All who are spending more than 4 hours are safe. Don’t worry about this report. This report was curse for only those whose manager didn’t convey their employees in December or January and still employees were doing out of office support, weekend supports and still targeted to just set an example, even they were doing more than 8 hours from anywhere(not intensional not available in office for long hours)
"They say it’s “mostly” correct"
My report was 50% of what I actually worked.
Once I shifted to core hours my report listings became a lot more accurate.
Came up on a VP call. They say it’s “mostly” correct and aren’t concerned. Tell people to open tickets.
I could be wrong but I don’t think they’re using this report to reduce headcount right now unless you’re an outlier.
Our org was just notified we can WFH on weekends only effective immediately so they can’t be using it for 40 hrs in office when a lot of people will be only reporting 24 hrs a week.
Yes we have it in writing.
@a3 must be part of T2R, another load of rubbish!
Yup. Wrong again. Document and send to my boss.
The part I don’t get. If this was my project and I delivered such rubbish for months on end, I’d be fired. Must be nice to have no expectations.
