Is there one for hubs or non-hubs? Looks like Wave 3 just completed this month.

“ The following RTO Wave 3 positions in the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) organization led by SVP, Jason Press, who were offered follow the work to a hub location and declined. Includes the following L2 positions: PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE DELIV PROJ/PROG MGMT, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR-USER EXPERIENCE, LEAD TECH BUSINESS MGMT, LEAD TECH BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, LEAD SYSTEM ENGINEERING.”
Umm…yes, yes it did. Weirdo.
The original wave plan has met it objectives. Got some to retire and others to leave instead of moving one’s family to an overcrowded city. It reduces headcount expenses and perhaps have some complacency peers change and realize they here for a business not DEI protection or entitlement.
Sadly I still individuals like staff support in the offices I wonder what they do besides internet searches all day while others have too much to do.
Either get something to do or ask your boss what you can do.
Can anyone share what 3rd 4th and 5th level managers do besides collecting fat paychecks?
The latest Legg wave was creating a new hub in Charlotte as a slap in the face to everyone who was told to move to an existing hub and didn't. All Baichs direct report hires after he fired existing CSO direct reports have connections to Charlotte and want to move back. So that's the latest way of slapping people in the face.
“ @a8 my last day was 2/6 and my letter said wave 3”
No it didn’t.

“ Why are you still talking about “waves”? There are no waves.”
Kowabunga dude!
We were told we’re safe.
Our Directory told our group that we already took our loses, and don't have to worry. We surplussed the people we RTO'd in Atlanta. We shouldn't see any more cuts until next year at the soonest.
Yet they all bloody get on a teams call even after colocation.
The vibe I'm getting is yes. It's coming.
They (HR and leadership) hate people who aren't colocated with the manager - makes enforcing RTO harder. If your team is based in Dallas and you're not there, expect to be told to move or quit.
Why are you still talking about “waves”?
There are no waves.
You’ll not find any “wave” designation attached to any layoffs over recent years.
Layoffs don’t “stop”. Therefore they are not numbered. Or called waves.
